Your Oberstdorf vacation is just around the corner. We've compiled all the important information for you to ensure a smooth journey and arrival at your vacation apartment.
We hope this will make it even easier for you to feel at home from the very first moment.

The lift in the passageway is for residents only and can only be operated using your flat key:
Simply insert the key into the lock, turn it and press the button, and the lift will arrive.
Take the lift to the 2nd floor.
Your flat is right next to the lift.
The flat is number 230.
Your flat is located in the pedestrian zone. On arrival, you will be given a blue parking permit; please display this clearly in your car.
On departure, please return the permit, along with your flat key, to our office.
The entrance for the garage is on the corner of Bachstraße/Pfarrstraße.
For your navigation you can use the address "Bachstraße 5".
Please note the height of the garage entrance and the dimensions of your assigned parking space. height max. 2 meter
Please use parking space no. 109 on the 1st basement floor.

The apartment has free WiFi.

If the WiFi is not working please try to turn off the router for a few minutes, and then re-start. If it is still not working please contact our office.
You will find the cleaning cabinet in the living room.
Please put all cleaning supplies back in the cleaning cabinet.

The cutlery is in a drawer in the dining table.
You have laundry to do? As there is no washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment / building for guests, you could go to one of the laundry services above.
Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
