If you experience any problems with the internet, please try switching the router off and then on again. If this does not help, please contact our office.
Please note that the internet in this region is not as fast as in the cities. In particular, the connections in the holiday apartments are designed for holiday use and are not intended for maximum speeds or download/upload volumes required for work ;)
In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.
Important: The little knob on the tap always has to be turned up, when turning on the dish washer.

Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
