Your Oberstdorf vacation is just around the corner. We've compiled all the important information for you to ensure a smooth journey and arrival at your vacation apartment.

There is no fixed allocation for your parking space.
The parking permit is already in the flat.
On departure, please leave the parking permit on the table in the flat.
On the ball and on the postbox is the name "Haenisch B".
The apartment has free WiFi.

If the WiFi is not working please try to turn off the router for a few minutes, and then re-start. If it is still not working please contact our office.

In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.

When folding away the beds, please make sure that the pillows on the bottom end are fixated properly and all straps are closed.
If one of the straps is damaged or does not close properly, please let us know at the office - much appreciated!

Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
