Your Oberstdorf vacation is just around the corner. We've compiled all the important information for you to ensure a smooth journey and arrival at your vacation apartment.
We hope this will make it even easier for you to feel at home from the very first moment.

Inhouse the apartment has no. 12.
There is no designated parking allocation.
If the door does not open directly, the lock in the middle must also be turned over.
The apartment has free WiFi.

If the WiFi is not working please try to turn off the router for a few minutes, and then re-start. If it is still not working please contact our office.
In the living room there are several remote controls in the cupboard under the TV. These can be used to operate: the lights in the living room, the roller blinds in the window from living room to balcony and the blinds for the balcony facing south.
There is a switch in the hallway for on and off.
The other switch is for dimming in the hallway.
A cleaning closet with utensils is on the balcony. The keys are at the cloakroom.
Please make sure that the shutters on all windows and doors are not pulled up all the way as far as they will go, otherwise they can get stuck and can no longer be moved downwards.
If the balcony door should ever cause "problems", simply move the lever upwards once before moving it to the middle position - then it should work normally again! :-)
You find the bins in the courtyard.
Black = residual waste
Blue = paper
Brown = organic waste
Green = glass
In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.
There is a washing machine in the apartment.
You can use the dryer in the basement. You need 50 cent coins.
In the cellar to the right of the lift there is a place for your skis.
The bicycle storage room is located in the second corridor on the right, as seen from the lift.
Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
