Your Oberstdorf vacation is just around the corner. We've compiled all the important information for you to ensure a smooth journey and arrival at your vacation apartment.
We hope this will make it even easier for you to feel at home from the very first moment.
Use the house and apartment keys at the key switch on the left to open the gate.
Turn right at the entrance.
The chain used to open the garage door from the inside when exiting hangs from the ceiling.

To access the stairwell, exit the underground garage through the door opposite the parking space.
Beyond the security gate are the basement storage rooms (which can be opened with the building and apartment keys).
The key for your own storage room No. 9 is also on the key ring and can be unlocked separately.
In storage room No. 9, you will find a ski boot warmer and a ski rack. The ski boot warmer has a timer
on the outlet. You can set the desired warming time by pressing the button.
After the set time, the power turns off automatically.
Skiers, please use the underground garage entrance (pull the chain from the inside) to enter and exit with your ski boots on.
There is a drying room in the back left corner of the basement.
Take the stairs up to the second floor.
Turn right and then go straight ahead to find the

The router is located next to the TV.
Turn on the TV and the GiGa-Box using both remote controls.
Be sure to close the skylight when leaving the apartment!
In winter, the window cannot be opened due to snow and ice.
There is a fan with a switch located below the light switch for ventilation.
Please be sure to turn it on, preferably after every shower.
In the bedroom, there is an ironing board to the right of the wardrobe and a yoga mat on the other side.
In the hallway, the corner cabinet contains cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, clothes pins, etc.
In the living room, the couch can be converted into a bed.
Additional bedding is stored in the couch’s storage compartment; the mattress topper for the couch is
either behind the couch or in the basement.
The cushions for the balcony furniture are stored in the chest bench in the living room.
The balcony lights can be turned on and off from inside using the light switch to the right of the balcony door.
A parasol, clothesline, and additional chairs are available and are stored in the basement during the winter.
The stove has a child safety lock. You must hold down the small red button and simultaneously
turn the knob. Pull out the range hood and turn it on while cooking.
General waste and organic waste go in the trash cans at the bottom of the entrance to the house.
Paper, glass, and packaging (yellow bag) are collected centrally at the parking lot on Sachsenweg.
When leaving the property, turn right up the street, about 50 m (next to the restaurant “Zum halben Hahn”)
Coming from outside, the switch for the outdoor lighting
is located on the path to the front door, on the right side of the underground garage entrance, in front of the hedge
and in front of the mailboxes on the wall.

Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
