You can open the garage only from the inside.
Open the door with your apartment key and press the green button.
The apartment has free WiFi.

If the WiFi is not working please try to turn off the router for a few minutes, and then re-start. If it is still not working please contact our office.
On the day you leave please also turn off the red switch on the socket extension.
You can use the washing machine in the basement.
The key for the washing machine is in the living room in the sideboard.
aIn the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.

Your apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Oberstdorf. On arrival you receive a blue permit for access. Place it clearly visible in your car and return it on the day of departure together with your key.
Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
