Parking on the outside parking lots is only allowed for visitors.

Please note that the internet in the area is not as high-performing in terms of speed and download/upload volume as in the cities. The internet connection is designed for holiday use not for working ;)
In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.
Please do not leave key in the door from the inside!
Roll out the couch to turn it into a comfortable bed with a cold-foam mattress (120x200 cm).
The apartment has a beautiful wooden floors. So we all can enjoy it as long as possible, please use the drip trays for wet shoes and do not move the furniture. Thank you ;)
Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
