We hope this will make it even easier for you to feel at home from the very first moment.
You have laundry to do? As there is no washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment / building for guests, you could go to one of the laundry services above.
Dear guests,
the increased energy prices affect us all. We have also had to adjust our rental prices as a result.
Nevertheless, we have tried to keep the increase moderate and would like to work with you to keep these prices stable.
What helps?
• Heat only as much as necessary
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Ventilate the room as often as necessary
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Turn down heating to 2 when leaving

We would like to point out that the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes.
We kindly ask you to leave the dishes in the cupboards, dispose of the garbage and take all food with you.
If you leave the apartment as shown in the pictures, there will be an additional cleaning fee of at least 50,00 €.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Costs from € 350,00 (see invoice).
Please do not leave key in the door from the inside!
You apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Oberstdorf. On arrival you receive a blue permit for access. Place it clearly visible in your car and return it on the day of departure together with your key and guest card.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment has no underground car park. You can choose any of the outside parking spaces
You can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. You need 1 Euro coins.
For the love of our cleaning team: the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes. We therefore ask you to leave the dishes clean and washed in the cupboards when you leave, to dispose of the rubbish and to take all food with you. Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it yourself as a cleaning team. In the event of exceptional contamination, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of at least €50.00 for the additional effort.Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
