Your Oberstdorf vacation is just around the corner. We've compiled all the important information for you to ensure a smooth journey and arrival at your vacation apartment.
We hope this will make it even easier for you to feel at home from the very first moment.
You apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Oberstdorf. On arrival you receive a blue permit for access. Place it clearly visible in your car and return it on the day of departure together with your key and guest card.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment has no underground car park. You can choose any of the outside parking spaces
You can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. You need 1 Euro coins.
For the love of our cleaning team: the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes. We therefore ask you to leave the dishes clean and washed in the cupboards when you leave, to dispose of the rubbish and to take all food with you. Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it yourself as a cleaning team. In the event of exceptional contamination, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of at least €50.00 for the additional effort.Furthermore, we would like to point out that wet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels and the like have no place in the toilet.
Should a blockage occur, the costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your help!

The apartment has free WiFi. You don't need login details:
1. Connect to WiFi
2. A "hotsplots"-page will open or you have to start your browser and open any website, then the "hotsplots"-page should open.
3. Accept terms and conditions
In case the internet is not working please try to reset the router (turn it off for a few minutes). If this does not work, please contact our office.
Please note that the internet in the area is not as high-performing in terms of speed and download/upload volume as in the cities. The internet connection is designed for holiday use not for working ;)
In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box.
Please do not leave key in the door from the inside!
Die Couch lässt sich durch auswickeln in ein hochwertiges Bett mit Kaltschaummatratze (140x200 cm) verwandeln.
Bitte beachten Sie beim Hochklappen des Bettes, dass das Kissen am Fußende eingespannt ist und alle Bettgurte geschlossen sind.
Sollte ein Bettgurt defekt sein, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie dies bei uns im Büro melden.
The apartment has a beautiful wooden floors. So we all can enjoy it as long as possible, please use the drip trays for wet shoes and do not move the furniture. Thank you ;)
